The DESMOS® products sold by Bella Jewellers may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty provided by DESMOS®, subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions established by DESMOS®.
Warranty Period
DESMOS® states that its standard manufacturer's warranty period is generally two (2) years from the original purchase date, subject to any applicable warranty extensions, program requirements, or regional policies established by DESMOS®.

The warranty described below is provided by the manufacturer, DESMOS®, and not by Bella Jewellers. Bella Jewellers does not independently provide, administer, modify, extend, or assume responsibility for the manufacturer's warranty obligations unless expressly stated in writing. This summary is provided solely as a convenience to our customers. In the event of any discrepancy between this summary and the official DESMOS® warranty documentation, the official DESMOS® warranty terms shall control.

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
According to DESMOS®, eligible products may be covered against manufacturing defects in workmanship, materials, or design that existed at the time of manufacture.
If a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed by DESMOS®, the manufacturer may, at its discretion:

Repair the product;

Replace the product; or

Provide a comparable replacement product if the original item is no longer available.
Warranty Eligibility
Warranty coverage generally requires:

Purchase from an authorized DESMOS® retailer; (Bella Jewellers)

Valid proof of purchase;

The original Certificate of Guarantee and Authenticity, when applicable.

Exclusions
The manufacturer's warranty generally does not cover:

Normal wear and tear;

Accidental damage;
-
Misuse, abuse, or neglect;

Unauthorized repairs or alterations;

Exposure to chemicals or corrosive substances;

Theft, loss, or disappearance;
-
Damage caused by events beyond the manufacturer's control.

Warranty Claims
Customers seeking warranty service should contact Bella Jewellers or DESMOS® Customer Service and be prepared to provide proof of purchase and any information reasonably required to evaluate the claim.
Customers may be responsible for shipping, insurance, handling, or transportation costs associated with warranty inspection, repair, or replacement, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
