WARRANTY & REPAIR POLICY
Bella Jewellers is an authorized retailer of Invicta watches. All Invicta timepieces purchased from Bella Jewellers are covered by the official manufacturer warranty provided by Invicta Watch Company of America, Inc.
Bella Jewellers does not provide a separate seller warranty and does not modify, extend, or replace the manufacturer’s warranty in any form. All warranty coverage and repair decisions are solely determined by the manufacturer and its authorized service network
Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
Invicta’s limited manufacturer warranty generally covers defects in materials and workmanship related to the internal watch movement and selected components such as the dial, hands, and markers.
This warranty does not cover external or wear-and-tear components, including but not limited to the crystal, crown, strap, bracelet, or battery. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, impact, unauthorized servicing, improper handling, or water intrusion due to negligence or incorrect use is also excluded.
Warranty Service & Repairs
If your watch requires service during the warranty period, it must be assessed by an authorized Invicta service center.
Repairs will be performed by manufacturer-approved technicians. If the watch cannot be repaired under warranty, the manufacturer may, at its sole discretion, replace it with the same model or a comparable model of equal or greater value.
Service Fees & Requirements
Warranty claims may require an evaluation or processing fee as determined by the manufacturer or its service centers. A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty submissions.
Customers are advised not to include original packaging, gift boxes, or non-essential accessories when submitting a watch for service.
Unauthorized Repairs & Warranty Limitations
Any repair or modification performed by an unauthorized service provider may void the manufacturer’s warranty. This includes battery replacements and internal servicing not completed through an authorized Invicta service center.
Watches purchased from unauthorized sellers may not be eligible for manufacturer warranty coverage, and in such cases, warranty support must be sought directly from the seller, if applicable.
Repair Assistance Through Bella Jewellers
As a courtesy to our customers, Bella Jewellers may assist in facilitating warranty or repair submissions to authorized Invicta service centers.
Where applicable, we can:

Assist in initiating a repair request

Package and forward the timepiece to an authorized service center
Any applicable service fees, shipping costs, or repair charges will be communicated prior to processing.
