Pre-Orders & Custom Orders
This section applies only to orders paid through Klarna.

Preparation time before shipment: Under 20 days.

Average total fulfilment/delivery time: Under 7 days after the item is completed.
Delivery timelines will always be displayed on the product page and within this Shipping Policy. Customers will receive email updates during each stage of production and shipping.

Bella Jewellers LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if insurance is declined. If your insured package is lost or damaged, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
