1. All Sales Are Final – No Returns / No Exchanges
Bella Jewellers LLC maintains a strict “No Returns / No Exchanges” policy on all purchase.
This Includes:
Fine jewelry (rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, watches)
Custom and special orders
Final sale or promotional items
Resized or altered merchandise
2. Damaged or Defective Item Policy
At Bella Jewellers LLC, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our jewelry before it reaches you. While all sales are final, we stand behind the integrity of our craftsmanship.
If your item is received in a damaged or defective condition due to manufacturing or delivery issues, we offer the following resolution options:
Exchange the item for the same or a similarly priced item of your choice
Store credit equal to the original purchase price
Full refund to your original form of payment
Terms & Conditions:
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery or in-store pickup
The item must be unworn and returned with all original packaging and documentation
This policy applies only to manufacturing defects or not normal wear and tear, misuse, or customer damage
Bella Jewellers reserves the right to inspect and verify all damage claims before issuing any resolution
3. Custom & Special Orders
All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of order.
Once production begins, the order cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
