1. All Sales Are Final – No Returns / No Exchanges

Bella Jewellers LLC maintains a strict “No Returns / No Exchanges” policy on all purchase.

This Includes:

Fine jewelry (rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, watches)

Custom and special orders

Final sale or promotional items

Resized or altered merchandise

 

2. Damaged or Defective Item Policy

 

At Bella Jewellers LLC, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our jewelry before it reaches you. While all sales are final, we stand behind the integrity of our craftsmanship.

If your item is received in a damaged or defective condition due to manufacturing or delivery issues, we offer the following resolution options:

Exchange the item for the same or a similarly priced item of your choice

Store credit equal to the original purchase price

Full refund to your original form of payment

Terms & Conditions:

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery or in-store pickup

The item must be unworn and returned with all original packaging and documentation

This policy applies only to manufacturing defects or not normal wear and tear, misuse, or customer damage

Bella Jewellers reserves the right to inspect and verify all damage claims before issuing any resolution

 

3. Custom & Special Orders

All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of order.

Once production begins, the order cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

4. FTC Jewelry Disclosures

Bella Jewellers LLC complies with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations for jewelry retail:

Gemstone & Metal Representations:

All descriptions (e.g., "14K gold," "natural diamond," "lab-created") are accurate and follow FTC guidelines.

We disclose gemstone treatments (heat, clarity enhancement, etc.) where applicable.

Certificates:

Select diamonds and gemstones come with grading reports (GIA, IGI, etc.).

All diamonds and gemstone certificates, where provided, are disclosed at the time of sale for diamonds and gemstone collections only.

 

4. Privacy & Security

 

We protect customer data per FTC consumer privacy rules and do not sell or share personal information without consent.

All payment processing is secure and PCI-DSS compliant.

 

 

5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

• It covers loss, theft, or damage in transit after the package leaves our facility and before it is delivered.

• You will have the option to accept or decline coverage before completing your purchase.

1. Eligibility

   • Available for all domestic orders shipped via insured carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).

   • Insurance cost is based on the value of your order and shipping method.

2. Coverage

   • Covers replacement or full refund in cases of verified:

     • Shipment loss

     • Theft prior to delivery

     • In-transit damage (excluding customer handling)

   • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or non-delivery.

3. Claims Process

     • Proof of purchase

     • Photographs (if damaged)

     • Shipping details and tracking number

   • We will coordinate with the shipping carrier and insurer on your behalf.

   • Claim decisions and timelines are subject to the insurer’s policies.

4. Uninsured Shipments

   • If you decline shipping insurance, Bella Jewellers LLC is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit once the item leaves our facility.

⚖️ Legal Compliance – New York State Notice

In accordance with New York State consumer protection laws, optional shipping insurance must be clearly disclosed at the time of sale.
Bella Jewellers LLC does not bundle or require shipping insurance as a condition of sale and provides it as a voluntary protection service.
By declining coverage, the buyer assumes all risk of loss after shipment.
