Customized, Made to order or resized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are received in defective or unacceptable condition.

Store credit is not permitted for Klarna orders.
2. Klarna Orders Exception

Orders paid via Klarna follow Klarna’s standard 14-day return policy.

All items purchased via Klarna — including final sale, custom, or resized products — may be returned if:

The item is unused and undamaged

It is in its original packaging

All tags are still attached to the jewelry

This includes items that are customized or resized, provided the above conditions are met.

Refunds for Klarna returns are issued via Klarna only. Store credit is not permitted.

Refunds are processed via Klarna once the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Custom Products/ Made-to-Order

Custom orders include personalized engravings, resized items, or specially designed jewelry.

Production and fulfillment for custom orders will not exceed 28 business days, unless otherwise communicated.

The estimated delivery date (ETA) is provided for reference only and may change due to international shipping, customs processing, or supplier delays. We will notify you promptly if there are any changes to your order’s estimated arrival.

Timepieces – 3-Year Limited Warranty

All timepieces purchased from Bella Jewellers LLC come with a 3-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence

Wear and tear (e.g., scratches, battery replacement, strap replacement)

Water damage if the watch is not water-resistant as specified

For repairs, please contact the timepiece company directly and follow the instructions provided with your watch inside the box.

Warranty repairs or replacements are at the discretion of Bella Jewellers LLC or the manufacturer, and shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective.
